SICILY. Himera. Circa 500-483/2 BC. Drachm (Silver, 20 mm, 5.73 g, 12 h). Rooster standing left; above, 𐀋; all within dotted border. Rev. Hen standing right; all within segmented square frame within incuse square. HGC 2, 423. Kraay Group VIb, 215 (O118/R116). SNG ANS 148 (same obverse die). SNG Ashmolean 1758 (same reverse die). Nicely toned and very well centered. Slightly granular and with minor deposits and light marks, otherwise, good very fine.
